How long have you been riding?
22yrs

How did you get started riding motocross bikes?
I got a QR-50 aged 4yrs and broke it by age 5, so my parents bought me a KX-60 and took me to the local motocross track to jump it, I never stopped since.

Do you have any fear when your out riding?
Only when I’m about to jump a jump that’s never been done before, I feel pressured that I have to jump it first, I usually do but I don’t let the fear stand in my way, I face the fear and push through it, that’s what sets the men from the boys.

What's the worst injury you've ever had?
This broken leg I’m carrying right now is bad as it has kept me out of all the 07 competition series, but the worst would be the meningitis I had, I nearly died from that one.

Do you have any new trick ideas for the future?
Ahhh yeeah…. But I’m not telling you about them.

With all the new upcoming riders pulling flips already, how hard is it to make a name for yourself?
For those guys it will be hard, luckily I came into the sport and made my name because I had the flip, now you need to have a double flip to become big news fast!

For all the riders getting into freestyle motocross, any advice?
Good luck. That’s what you will need to make it in this dangerous and competitive world we live in.

What's the coolest thing about your job?
Doing what I love everyday and getting paid for it, all the traveling, injuries and drama takes its toll on us, that’s why not many can stick it out, But when you deal with the bad times, the good times make it all worth your while.

Where do you see the sport of freestyle motocross heading?
To crazier heights, more insane tricks and insane courses are in construction, the evolution is still far from over…

Any last comments?
Yeah this may help you out, it may seem like a load of B/S but answer this to yourself. All material things aside, what do I really want and value the MOST in life?

I just want to see people be happy within and the most happiness comes from success, do what you love, love what you do and happiness will follow.
