ANDERSON & MOSS CHASING PERFECT SCORE IN SX SUMMER NATS

Craig Anderson and Matt Moss are aiming to wrap up the Stroke Supercross Summer Nationals with perfect scores in the Pro Open and Pro Lites classes when the series concludes at Dubbo Speedway (NSW), next week.

Unbeatable, Anderson and Moss swept all before them in round one, taking away 100 points apiece with four wins from four races in their respective classes.

Sitting on maximum points as they head to Dubbo, both riders are aware how difficult it will be to repeat the stunning feat from the opening round in Tooradin (VIC), but have their sights firmly set on replicating their performances.

In the Pro Open class, Woodstock Honda Thor Racing's Craig Anderson expects his biggest challenge to come from his own team mate Daniel McCoy who will also be chasing top honours.

Team Shift Motul Suzuki's Matt Moss will be under heavy fire from reigning Australian Pro Lites Supercross Champion, Motorex KTM's Ryan Marmont and Woodstock Honda Thor Racing's Kade Mosig, who are going out to steal victory from Moss.

CRAIG ANDERSON – WOODSTOCK HONDA THOR RACING
“You always want to win as many races as you can every time you're out on the track.

"Winning gets your confidence up to win more races, so to walk away with another full-points haul would be good for the team leading into the Australian Motocross Championship.

"I had the flu for the whole week before Tooradin, so I'm looking forward to better preparation for Dubbo and being able to train this time.

"We've got good suspension settings that I've run previously in supercross; the CRF450 engine is all new and it's already really good, so we've got a strong supercross package and I just need to focus on each individual race win."

MATT MOSS – TEAM SHIFT MOTUL SUZUKI
"Finishing the series with maximum points is the goal for the whole Shift Motul Suzuki Team; it's what we want to do and we're all pretty focused.

"We've been doing some testing and I think we're ready for Dubbo, so I'm just going to approach it the same as round one in Tooradin.

"I need to concentrate on my starts and let the race run itself out, ride smart and not make mistakes."
